Heath Melton
Residential Development Manager

As the Residential Development Manager, Heath is responsible for many facets of Sueba's development business. His roles consist of conducting land development and overseeing the residential sales & marketing team of Sueba Consulting, Inc. Heath is also a licensed Texas Real Estate Agent.

Heath earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point for Systems Engineering and majored in Business Management. Prior to joining Sueba, Heath worked for a one of the five largest public builders in the nation where he performed several roles as a Land Development Project Manger, Senior Budget Analyst, Sales & Marketing Manager, and Home Design Center Manager.

Kim Strain
Marketing Manager for Residential

Kim Strain is the Marketing Assistant at SUEBA Consulting, Inc. and is responsible for MLS Listings, Website changes, Builder Inventory, signage, and maintaining all marketing collateral. Kim brings to SUEBA a background in the Commercial Real Estate industry where she specialized in research for 2 ½ years.

Kim is a native Houstonian, graduated from Madison Senior High School. She has attended Huston Tillotson College in Austin, Texas and Texas Southern University. Kim has been part of SUEBA’s Sales Team since February 2003 and is also a licensed Texas Real Estate Agent and Loan Officer.

Laura Hsu
Marketing Manager

Laura Hsu joined the Sueba Consulting Marketing Department in March of 2003. Since then, Laura has worked as Marketing Assistant, Marketing Coordinator and is currently Marketing Manager for Sueba USA.

A native Houstonian, Laura has earned a degree with a double major in Business Administration and Management with a minor in Marketing from Houston Baptist University. Not only does Laura have a diverse educational background, she is also a licensed Texas Real Estate Agent.
